Jacinth Jeffers is a distinguished legal professional with a passion for justice and a commitment to excellence. She embarked on her journey in the legal field by earning her Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honors (LLB) from London Metropolitan University in 2006, setting the foundation for a remarkable career in law.

In 2010, Jacinth took a significant step in her legal education by successfully completing her Bar Vocational Course (BVC) at the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn. This achievement marked her as a qualified Barrister, and she has since been known for her dedication and expertise in advocacy.

Continuing her pursuit of legal excellence, Jacinth Jeffers expanded her horizons by obtaining a Legal Education Certificate at Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica. In 2011, she added the prestigious qualifications of Barrister and Solicitor to her already impressive list of accomplishments.

In 2015, Jacinth joined our firm, where she has consistently showcased her legal prowess. Her practice spans various areas of law, including Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Divorce Law, Trademarks and Wills and Probate Law. Her dedication to her clients and her in-depth knowledge of the legal landscape have made her an invaluable asset to our team.

Jacinth's professional journey also includes serving as Crown Counsel at the Nevis Island Administration, where her legal acumen played a pivotal role in upholding the rule of law. During her tenure in this role, she also acted as in-house Legal Counsel at the Nevis Financial Services Regulatory Commission, further solidifying her reputation in another area of law.

Notably, Jacinth Jeffers  was called to the Bar in multiple jurisdictions, including England  , St. Kitts & Nevis, and Anguilla but practices currently in Anguilla. Her  exposure to various legal frameworks in multiple jurisdictions expands her legal expertise and skills.

Outside of her legal career, Jacinth places a strong emphasis on her faith and is an active member of the Central Baptist Church, where strengthening her faith is her first priority. She endeavors to practice law with a high level of professionalism and integrity, in alignment with her deeply held values.

She also believes in the importance of work-life balance and enjoys spending quality time with her family. Her love for travel has taken her to many corners of the world, and she is a true enthusiast when it comes to movies.
